Brian Hampton
Founder
Brian Hampton is the Founder of Hampton Capital International and has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Business Financing Advisory.
Brian attended both Northwestern University and the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker and a Texas Mortgage Loan Officer.
Brian is pursuing Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
Randy Humphreys
Managing Director
Randy Humphreys is a proven global leader with extensive experience in building and managing teams. Randy has a high level of expertise in capital raising, investment banking, corporate M& A, complex credit structuring, treasury management, structured trade financing, international trade finance, supply chain finance, and foreign exchange.
After 34 years of Commercial and Investment Banking, in 2024, Randy decided to start Glynn Consulting Services, LLC and Glynn Capital Advisors, LLC a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) Firm to leverage the experience and contacts that he developed over his banking career.
Currently, Randy serves as President of Glynn Consulting Services, LLC, which offers general business consulting engagements, family office management services, and private debt placement services. Glynn Capital Advisors, LLC, offers a full suite of Investment solutions to its clients with a specialty focus on Reg D, 506 (Private Placement) offerings.
Prior to this role, Randy serves as the EVP – Commercial Bank Regional Executive (North Texas and Southeast) at Woodforest National Bank, where he managed four Commercial Bank teams, including regional teams and a specialty lending group covering Technology, Media, and Telecom with nationwide coverage. This includes both Direct and Sponsor backed lending structures to the portfolio companies of Private Equity funds and Family Offices. Under Randy's leadership, the regional team has achieved an annual average revenue growth of 253%.
Additionally, Randy held several key positions at Citibank, NA, including Director – Head of Central Region Mid Corporate Banking Group and Director – Head of International Banking, US Commercial Bank. In these roles, Randy was responsible for setting strategies to accelerate growth, sales leadership, business development, and promoting the Citibank brand.
Randy's career also includes significant experience at JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, where they served as Executive Director – International Relationship Executive and Executive Director - Head of Corporate Trade Sales Europe. Randy was instrumental in delivering JP Morgan's international capabilities to Commercial Bank clients and developing new financing solutions to meet the needs of European and US corporations. Additionally, Randy worked on multiple Investment Banking Opportunities.
Randy began their career at Bank of America, where they held various roles, including Vice President - Global Trade Services Sales Officer and Management Associate Program participant. Randy's early career also includes service in the U.S. Air Force.
Randy holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Texas Tech University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the same institution. Randy also holds several certifications and licenses, including Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and FINRA licenses (Series 79) Investment Banking Representative, (Series 63) State exam, (Series 24) Principal, (SIE) Securities Information Exam, and (Series 65) Investment Advisor examination.
Brian Chamberlain
Managing Director
Brian Chamberlain has over 25 years of experience in the technology, software, and financial services industries. He has led sales teams, developed Go-To-Market strategies, and has been instrumental in product development.
Prior to joining Hampton Capital International, Brian was the Chief Revenue Officer for Frontier Marketplaces, creating a multi-asset platform linking Alternatives, Equity Secondaries, Credit Markets, and Public Equities across marketplaces.
Before moving to Austin, Brian spent 15 years on the International Capital Markets Teams at top tier Wall Street firms including Merrill Lynch, Citi and J.P. Morgan covering Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Pensions Funds across the Midwest, West Coast, and NYC.
Brian is a graduate of Northwestern University and has as his Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. In his free time he enjoys golfing and watching his daughter’s volleyball and son’s baseball teams compete.
Myles C. Milek
Senior Advisor
Mr. Milek has more than twenty years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate finance. Having successfully launched and managed multi-regional commercial real estate divisions for two national banks and developed a nationwide network of real estate developers/owners, investors, lenders, and regulators, Mr. Milek has structured more than $5 billion in senior debt financing.
In addition, he has extensive experience developing equity and mezzanine facilities across multiple product lines. His experience includes providing strategic solutions for debt restructurings, and dispositions, asset valuations, liquidation strategies, and portfolio assessments. Mr. Milek specializes in completing risk assessments and action plans for distressed financial institutions.
Additionally, Mr. Milek has created risk rating systems, including the real time asset modeling & valuation models and has extensive experience in developing loan policies and procedures. Mr. Milek founded Ridgewood Capital, a real estate advisory firm, in 2008.
Pawel (Paul) Hardej
Principal Consultant
Pawel (Paul) Hardej is an architect, developer, entitlement expert and community steward. He combines the vision and passion of a long-time entrepreneur with the steady hand and structured approach of a corporate professional, allowing him to interface naturally with a wide range of clients and partners. He has been directly responsible for the acquisition, design, development or redevelopment of almost $2 billion of mixed-use, condominium, multi-family communities totaling over 2,000 units, as well as multiple retail and entertainment properties. Pawel has also negotiated millions of dollars in incentives, tax credit deals and complex entitlements and is considered a zoning and urban planning expert.
Prior to founding Metropolitan, he was an Executive Vice President at Lincoln Ventures and also served as Vice President of Development at Intracorp, one of North America’s largest residential developers, where he managed the development of multiple projects, including the 49-story 44 East condominium high-rise project in downtown Austin, TX. Pawel started his career in Chicago, IL, his first adopted hometown in the United States as the founder and CEO of Metropolitan Development Enterprises where he developed numerous award winning mid-rise and town home projects over a ten-year stretch.
A native of Warsaw, Poland and now residing in Austin, TX, Pawel studied Architecture at both Warsaw Politechnic University and at the University of Detroit Mercy and also at the International Academy of Merchandising & Design in Chicago.
Bryce Folsom
Associate
Bryce Folsom supports the firm’s commercial real estate financing and investment initiatives. His background spans finance, automation, and operational strategy, giving him a broad foundation for evaluating and optimizing complex financial systems.
Bryce has worked with multiple early-stage startups, providing strategic guidance on go-to-market execution, capital allocation, and operations infrastructure. He has also worked within an investment advisory environment, deepening his understanding of asset management and institutional finance. His ability to bridge finance and automation allows him to bring both precision and innovation to Oak Street’s lending operations and client partnerships.
Before joining Oak Street Capital, Bryce founded and operated an RevOps automation company that helped businesses scale through data-driven processes and system integrations. In this role, he led automation of revenue operations, financial reporting, and CRM workflows—improving efficiency and driving measurable growth for clients across healthcare, technology, and service industries.
Bryce holds a degree in Finance and Economics and continues to expand his expertise in commercial real estate, capital markets, and technology-enabled financial solutions.
